Hey,

I got my UT acceptance two weeks ago and I am ready to accept it! I will be visiting the University next month and will start looking for apartments and roommates! I'd like some information regarding the University apartments, I haven't seen pictures of comments about it. My main concern is about price (if i get a duble the price is the same as anounced or will be cut in half?), roommates, availability and if is worth living at the university or is better to go somewhere else?! Just so many doubts!!!

Are you referring to the official apartments that are affiliated with the University itself? I'm not entirely sure about that, but I'm currently finishing my undergrad degree here at UT and you will absolutely LOVE it here! Congrats to you!

Why don't you try the "City Guide" forum? People have a lot of advice about Austin apartments in the Austin, TX thread.

I have found a lot of good advices on the internet but nothing about the University apartments, no reviews or pictures. I will try this "city guide" forum but would be really nice if I could get some information about it from someone that know it well.
