UMN, are there still people waiting to hear back?

As I have already seen several admits here I'm wondering if UMN's already done. However I received this message last night.

Thank you for your application to the Ph.D. program in the Department of Political Science at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. At this time your application is complete and has been forwarded to the admissions committee for review.

The committee will notify you of its decision as soon as possible.

I'm just assuming they're rolling, or they are super slow in sending out decision... Any thoughts?

I'd presume they are done, as those waitlisted have already been notified (inc. me).
