Info on UCI MPP?

Does anyone know anything about UCI's MPP program? They started accepting applications on Jan. 3rd and the deadline is April 15th, and the do rolling admissions. I know it's a new program that just started last year, so I can't imagine it being too competitive, but at the same time I feel unsure. I did horribly on the GRE's and got a 151Q, 155V, 4 AW . I originally planned on retaking the GRE's a second time and then applying by the April 15th deadline, but now I'm starting to feel unsure of that plan. I don't know if I should just apply now so that I compete with less people, or apply later and try to get a higher GRE score because I feel like mine aren't strong or competitive. Any advice would be really helpful. Thanks!
