Given the results page...I'd say a few people have.

I contacted Professor Lippard, and he said that I've neither been admitted nor rejected. I'm guessing that if you haven't heard yet, you're probably a tier two candidate, i.e. neither auto-reject nor auto-admit. They might be taking their sweet time; one of my profs. here suggested that they like to delay things.
