Admission rate of international students in HGSE

Just curious, generally we know that the admission rate of HGSE is about 50% in Harvard Graduate School of Education. And as an international student, I am wondering it is easier or more difficult to enter HGSE than domestic students?

I think it's based on each individual not depending on nationality. However, I am aware that HGSE has higher rate of domestic students compared to other programs. This makes sense in the sense that HGSE is more focused on studying education based on US. Just my 2 cents.
