I want to know how high is the quality of PhD studies in school of engineering at Indiana U Purdue U at Indianapolis (IUPUI)? Students of school of engineering will receive Purdue degree but I don't know how much does it differ from Purdue's degree. Also I want to know which one is better just in terms of the value of degree: PhD in CS of IUPUI or Indiana U-Bloomington? Thank you guys. Mohsen
