Cs-PhD @ lehigh r Cs-PhD @kentucky

I need some urgent help here,i have got 2 admits recently

1) University of kentucky with TA position($19000 yearly stipend +tution)

2) University of Lehigh with Deans assistantship($25000 stipend + tution)

the professor i am assigned to work in lehigh is very young( less no of publications) but i find him more friendly and approachable the guy at university of kentucky is experienced (much more no of publications and may be more contacts) ....plus some of my friends staying in PA are saying since Lehigh is in a industrial belt it will be easier for you to find jobs and internships.

This is a very big decision and i will have to live with it for the rest of my life.Any sort of help ,guidance and suggestions will be helpful for me.
