Cornell vs Michigan VLSI MS

Hi I've been accepted to Cornell and MIchigan VLSI (both masters) program

currently my goal is to go in to the big firms like intel or amd. I know Michigan has a better vlsi program

but cornell has an ivy league reputation. I heard that company's do care about the name value of the college

so which would be a better choice if I want to get a job in US
