Hi, everybody,

I was recently admitted to four MA programs in Art History- Boston University, Stonybrook, Rutgers and Pratt. My focus is contemporary/modern, but I also have other interests. Right now, Stonybrook and Rutgers are the most cost effective, but I also want a supportive department with connections and chances at internships and jobs. I'm also worried about ending up in a department that puts too much focus on PhD students (although I do want to eventually pursue a PhD.)

I was wondering if anyone had any experience with the MA programs in these schools, and could offer a perspective, or an evaluation of their programs and reputations. Any advice would be welcomed.
