Well IR programs pull in lots of international students; a good number of people here are non-American. There are also a few non-American programs/schools being discussed.

Some of the top IR programs have ridiculous costs, so a lot of people are concerned as to how they will pay for their education. And I think there are a few people out there don't even know what an IR masters can do for you.

Yeah, I admit don't know very much about IR Masters. What sort of work do you want to do after graduation?
