Hi! I'm starting to freak out a little about my decision so I was hoping y'all could give me some advice. I'm really torn between UCSF and Sloan Kettering. I am interested in cancer biology and I feel like both institutions are very strong in this field!! Any advice would be welcome, and if there's a million dollar question someone can ask so I can decide that would be appreciated too :)

Go where the research interests you and where you feel most at home. You'll make the right decision just as long as it's the right decision for you :-P. Go where they will treat you nice. You'll know the right school when you see it. Go with your gut. Trust your heart. bla bla bla, you get the drill :-P.

You really can't lose either way. Both programs are amazing and incredibly hard to get in to. Both are in pretty expensive towns on opposite ends of the country. I guess since you want to study cancer though, Sloan-Kettering would probably be best bet. Congrats on getting in. I applied for UCSF's BMS program, I know how competitive it is!
