wyan Posted March 30, 2012 Posted March 30, 2012 Hi! I'm starting to freak out a little about my decision so I was hoping y'all could give me some advice. I'm really torn between UCSF and Sloan Kettering. I am interested in cancer biology and I feel like both institutions are very strong in this field!! Any advice would be welcome, and if there's a million dollar question someone can ask so I can decide that would be appreciated too
BreeAnne Posted April 2, 2012 Posted April 2, 2012 Go where the research interests you and where you feel most at home. You'll make the right decision just as long as it's the right decision for you . Go where they will treat you nice. You'll know the right school when you see it. Go with your gut. Trust your heart. bla bla bla, you get the drill .
nari27 Posted April 2, 2012 Posted April 2, 2012 You really can't lose either way. Both programs are amazing and incredibly hard to get in to. Both are in pretty expensive towns on opposite ends of the country. I guess since you want to study cancer though, Sloan-Kettering would probably be best bet. Congrats on getting in. I applied for UCSF's BMS program, I know how competitive it is!
