I have been accepted into University of Michigan's Masters of Natural Resources(Sustainable Systems) http://www.snre.umich.edu/degree_programs/sustainable_systems/courses2006 and Rice University's Professional Science Masters Program(Environmental Analysis and Decision Making Emphasis) http://sloan-pmp.rice.edu/enviroanalysis.aspx?id=168

I am trying to determine a decision between the two programs, Rice is shorter with 1.5 years but there are only around a small ground of students admitted annual 10-15. I do not know if this is a good thing or a bad thing for my program since this is not a research program but instead a graduate program aimed towards a career in Environmental Management.

I know UMich's Environmental Program is much more well known, but Rice is a higher ranked University. Money is not really an issue since both of them cost more less around the same.

Additionally I am thinking about applying to UPenn's Master of Environmental Studies http://www.sas.upenn.edu/lps/graduate/mes/curriculum. I don't know what to do?!!?!?
