I would like to suggest that never go by the rankings of just one site ...especially the ones like US news which I dont at all believe in .. There are so many sites and blogs which you can always refer to. Firms like TImes education..QS provide authentic rankings. So search through all of them to get the general idea of ranking.

AMong the universities that you have mentioned Sami.. I will prefer ASU.

I prefer UCR because I picked that school to go to in the Fall. They also have a decent computer science program according to US News and Word Report.
