To Cambridge or not to Cambridge

Accepted! Cambridge MPhil in Sociology! What a long wait, after not getting first round and eventually ending up being waitlisted, I have gotten in! Problem is with no funding (go figure) but do I choose Cambridge? I cannot afford the minimum $70 000/year. I am a Canadian student and this may seem reasonable to some people, but not me. Does anybody know anything about Cambridge? How much bursary money they give? In actuality I applied to the most expensive college which has the highest college fees over top of the tuition fees. Their conditional acceptance is not only on GPA but also on financial, meaning I must prove I can fund my education. =(
