Upcoming Interview at UIUC

I have a Skype interview scheduled at UIUC Access and Achievement Program . I wanted to find out more about the kind of questions expected for this position if someone has previously applied for a similar interview. The position is basically an GA and the person will have to deal with the student community at UIUC. Any current students in UIUC who can help me figure out more about what is expected from me. My interviewers will be the dean and Assoiciate Dean of LAS UIUC and so I am kind of nervous as being an Mech Engg graduate I have never appeared in such an interview. Any Engg graduates out there who have appeared for interviews related to graduate Employment, graduate assistantships ( non-technical.............basically for funding your technical studies) do share your experiences.
