Hi guys. I've gotten admissions into the above mentioned 3 programs. But I am in a fix as to which to take. I am not interested in a job after my masters and want to pursue my phd. Which do you think will be the best choice for me?

Thanks.

Do you have scholarship options? I assume Switzerland is cheaper than Canada, which should itself be cheaper than the US. All three are very good institutions and will place you in good PhD Programs, if you have a good GPA and contact to good professors for LoR. I honestly would go for the cheapest option, if money does matter, and if not I would go for UPenn, as an Ivy League is always good for your personal network in the US.

where do you want to do your PhD and in what field? I know for the U.S. "biotech" is not really a department, but more of an area within a department. So if you want to stay in the U.S. to do a PhD in biochem, then it really seems like UPenn makes the most sense.
