SIPA, Need Help!!

Hi all,

Several weeks ago, I was placed on the waiting list by SIPA MPA prgram. I am so disappointing. Does anyone know what's the possibility to be off the waiting list and get an AD?

My friend told me if some admitted students who decline the offer want to recommend me in their decline letters, it might be helpful to me. IS IT RIGHT?
