Master CS@UIC VS Master CS@NEU

I have two master admissions with no funds , one is UIC(University of illinois at Chicago), the other is NEU(Northeastern University). I do not know which school suits me. I have few questions:

1. who knows about co-op program of NEU, will it be help to my career and study? can someone offer some details to me.

2. I heard that NEU enrolls many students, especially CS department, and many students study in a very big class, and student can not get enough attention from their teacher, is that ture?

3. If I study in UIC, will it be possible for me to transfer to UIUC?

4. which place is easy for me to find a IT job? chicago(UIC) or Boston(NEU)?
