What tier is GSPIA in for Security Studies?

I'm mostly looking at GW SSP, Georgetown SSP, SAIS, SIPA. Is Pitt at the same level as these? I do worry some about location, but the program itself reads like something I would be very interested in.

Pitt is not remotely close to Gtown, GW, SAIS, or SIPA in general or security studies.
