what should I do?

the school that I am/was going to attend has been saying the decisions regarding financial support is pending.

but they just notified me that I didn't get any support, (tuition, stipend etc)

So what are my options?

Should I contact the profs and tell them I am interested in working with them and ask for RA ship?

what is the best way of asking this in email?

If they give me RA ship, would they pay my tuition and give me some stipend? or am I in dream land..

I can't go thru phD without any funding...
