MSW post grad needs support

Hi..I'm new to the forum. I'm a social worker in Detroit Michigan and I need everyone's help in getting 152 online votes to apply for a grant for my business. I graduated with my MSW degree in 1998...and decided after 10 + years of experience to open up my own counseling business in Detroit. Currently I have 3 contractual counselors. We work with low income families in the Detroit area, who have abused or neglected their children. Our roles as therapists/counselors is to teach parents how to appropriately parent without using violence, we also address mental health issues, such as depression, substance abuse and grief & loss issues.
