This is my first post in this topic so before anything else, hello to all of you!

The reason why I post in this section is, of course, because I have been accepted to several universities to pursue a MSc in Computer Science. The problem is that I do now know which one to choose. I will list my options:

- Imperial College London, one year MSc in Advanced Computing, no scholarship

- Univ. of Edinburgh, one year MSc, no scholarship

- Echole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne (EPFL), two years, no scholarship

- TU Munchen - Computational Science and Engineering program, no scholarship

- VU Amsterdam - Parallel and Distributed Computer Systems (PDCS), scholarship awarded, VU Fellowship

Which one should I choose? Imperial is the best ranked, but the living costs and tuition costs are quite high. With the money spent on one year at Imperial, I could stay two years at EPFL or at VU Amsterdam.

Right now, I am undecided between EPFL and VU Amsterdam. I might consider Imperial if they decide to offer me a scholarship (results due only in July), but until then I find it too expensive to be worth it. I think that I can learn the same, or even more maybe from EPFL.

What do you think? Thanks!
