Is it worth to go to PHD in Operations Management at Kent State University?

Hey fellas,

I am having trouble to finalize my last decision. I am from Portland, OR and have been accepted to three schools for PhD; Oregon state university (OSU), University of Oregon (UO) and Kent State University (KSU). For OSU and UO the program is economics and for KSU it is Operations Management. Although I am an econ major, I'd like to pursue finance or operations.

Does anyone have any idea about the life at KSU? Is it really worth to go there? I have never been there and thus no idea about the school and place.

Please help me to get some ideas. Any comment is appreciated.

Best..

Seriously though, I think the Econ department is decent at UO, though not top-tier, and the business school is decent as well if you want to branch out into finance or ops. I took an international trade/econ class from the department head, Bruce Blonigen, and he was pretty sharp. You could also check out Professor Chakraborty, who specializes in international finance.
