Hey guys, this is my first post so please bear with me.

My main question is what are the best public law PhD programs? I'm particularly interested in U.S. constitutional law and judicial processes.

Secondly, would a 158 GRE quant score (166 verbal) be a hinderance to getting into top programs? I know poli sci in general is fairly quant heavy, and while I have done very well in mathematics courses, is it something necessarily important for public law programs? Would such a low score be a deal breaker?

Other info: 4.0 GPA, Honors at top private university. Political science major with a focus on American government.
