Rec letters for biostatistics?

Hi, I am applying this fall for a MS/MPH in Biostatistics. I am currently a Applied Math and Psychology double major.

I see that most school requires 3 LoRs, I was wondering who did you guys get it from ? Do most people get all 3 from their professors or someone else? If i work in a biology lab as a lab assistant (non-related to statistics), should I ask the lab supervisor to write me one?

Generally professors and lab supervisors or employers. Think about who would write a good letter for you, and how that leter would fill out your application. It can be helpful if your recommender knows people at the programs you're applying to (though I did not have this benefit).
