kenzieb Posted July 14, 2012 Posted July 14, 2012 I'm starting to think about grad schools, and I'm trying to decide on a few practical and some dreamer schools I'll be graduating from California Polytechnic State University (San Luis Obispo) in June 2013 with a 3.4-3.5 (depending on how classes go next year) GPA from their Civil and Environmental Engineering undergraduate program. Cal Poly is renowned as the "best in the West" according to U.S. News & World Report's 2012 America's Best Colleges Guidebook: http://calpolynews.calpoly.edu/news_releases/2011/September/news.html My question is this: does it look like I have a chance at getting into Cornell's Biological and Environmental Engineering master's program? What other schools have comparatively excellent engineering programs, and what are my chances of getting in there? Thanks so much for your input and advice!
