Admission with funding

Just curious what are my chances of getting accepted into History PhD programs (at schools like MSU, Syracuse, PSU, etc.) with the following application:

--3.6 overall GPA, 3.8 in history

--GRE scores 159 verbal, 160 quantitative

--Good writing sample which I am working on specifically for graduate school

--Good recommendations

--If I write a good SOP.

Basically, the question is how do my GPA and GRE scores stack up in terms of admission with funding to those schools.

(I recognize that PSU funds all of their students. The question there is what are the chances of being accepted?)

Also, it is important to point out that I will only be applying with a B.A.
