B.S. in Business Admin with 4 Yrs Systems Admin exp. What Graduate School/Degree should I attain?

Hello everyone,

I hold a B.S. in Business Administration which I attained in 2008. I started my career in the banking industry right after my B.S. degree as a Systems Administrator and currently hold the same position at the same company.

I am looking to attain a Master's but with my Business Administration education and my Systems Administration experience I am conflicted on an appropriate Graduate program. Short term I am looking to getting into a Systems Manager role and by Mid term into a VP of IT position.

Also I haven't really weighed options comparing IT certification Vs. graduate degree.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
