xcrunner Posted July 26, 2012 Posted July 26, 2012 Hey guys. I am starting to put together my applications for the upcoming cycle and am having trouble deciding where to apply and the likelihood of getting in. Undergrad: 3.36 (3.6 last two years) GRE: 159V 154Q Presented at an undergrad research conference, created a scholarship at undergrad, served on Dean Search Committee Doing a one-year MA (International Politics and Europe) in the UK 2012-2013 Strong LORs Interested in political economy and focusing on EU economic integration So far I plan on applying to: Claremont Graduate Univ., Univ. of Southern California, MSU, Boston Univ., Univ. Calif. Santa Barbara, Univ. Nevada Reno and the Univ. of Oregon. What do you think? What schools should I add and which should I remove?
Max Power Posted July 27, 2012 Posted July 27, 2012 I don't have any good answers, but if you are thinking about a PhD in political science (like it appears you are) you'd probably be better off posting this in the poli sci forum where its more likely that someone who knows something will read it
