Mdess Real Estate Harvard GSD

Hi guys,

I'm new to this thread. All this information is great for the application process. I wanted to know if anyone knew how competitive the Mdess ( masters in design studies) at harvard gsd is, specifically in real estate.

I am applying from undergrad, although I have been working full time for two years in real estate acquisitions while attending school. I have a 3.8 in economics but a low gmat, 610. People are saying for gsd scores rarely matter and its more about the work experience. I was wondering if anyone has any experience applying to this program and if being young, albeit having experience would hold me back.
