bachelors in Electronics Engineering in US

Hello,

I am from India. I would like to study bachelors in Electronics Engineering in US. What are the options available? I have completed my 12th with 92%. I will sit for TOEFL soon.

I have heard education system in US is quite different from India. so how will they credit my education here in India? Should I directly apply to universities or through some credentialing agency? is evaluation necessary?

You will definitely require a credential evaluation report stating the US equivalence of your foreign degree, US semester credits, grades & GPA. This report helps the universities understand your coursework better and is any ways a pre-requisite in most universities before application.
