What are the top sociology programs in (insert your interest here)?

The blog Org Theory has in the past asked its readers to highlight prestigious programs in strat/work, education, org studies, culture, urban, soc psych, demography, political sociology, health, gender, race and ethnicity. I've been around long enough to know that that will be useful to these boards because everyone asks, "Hey what are good programs in....?" These aren't "rankings" but rather just a listing of top programs (or more specifically, programs that have several members who teach on that subject). If your favorite subfield isn't listed, go to this page and comment, and they might do the same thing for whatever little tiny area you care about.
