hatch123 Posted August 22, 2012 Posted August 22, 2012 I'm interested in studying Anthropology of Education, and I'm wondering if anyone out there has any insight into the field. I know that Columbia Teachers College offers this degree as well as Stanford, but I'm aware of few professors I'm interested in working with and unsure how to decide which program best fits my needs. I also would love to talk to someone about opportunities for careers in this field outside of Academia (my first choice but I know the job market is rough these days). If anyone reading knows anything about this field within Anthropology, please contact me. Thanks!
simulant Posted August 28, 2012 Posted August 28, 2012 (edited) FWIW, I know that Brunel University in the UK offers an MSc in Anthropology of Childhood and Education (or something along those lines), and has profs and a research center focused on this topic ... Edited August 28, 2012 by simulant
