Sending scores from abroad (paper-based)

I am going to have to take the GRE abroad, and they only offer paper-based. Does this mean I have to pre-select my school score recipients and hope my score comes out okay?

I already took the CBT, and liked the fact I could get my score estimate BEFORE deciding whether or not to mail my scores. I'm afraid that with paper based I'm going to have to hope I'm not mailing schools low scores (since it takes, I believe I remember reading, three weeks for scores to be released for the paper-based test).
