Should I stay with Biomedical Engineering & Pre-Med @UMich Ann Arbor or Physics @ Imperial College London?

I am currently attending UMich Ann Arbor (University of Michigan)Biomedical Engineering & Pre-Med and can earn dual degrees in 4 years to help me to apply for Medical School. I am also secured a place in Physics program at Imperial College London. I am in the process of deciding whether I should go to Imperial because of its worldwide top ranking, or should I just stay with UMich. I like the flexibility and major at UMich, But Ann Arbor is very boring. Can anybody give me a quick advice - should I stay with UMich or go to Imperial College London? Do you know anybody graduated from UK school and was able to get into USA medical school after graduation?
