UK/Euro/International "Equivalent" of Grad Cafe?

I've been a reader (and infrequent poster) on the Grad Cafe for some time. I'm an American doing a Ph.D. in history at Trinity College Dublin and remember running across a forum at some point that appeared to be something of a UK (or maybe more generally European) "equivalent" of the Grad Cafe. However, after a few Google searches I can't seem to find the forum I ran across before. Does anyone know of any particularly good online forums for UK/European postgraduate students?
