How to compensate low undergraduate GPA for PhD admissions?

Hi All,

I'm a new member of TheGradCafe and need your help please.

I have a bachelor degree in Electronics with low GPA which is about 65%. I also have a master's degree in Information Technology - computer networks with quite high GPA which is A (90%).

As far as I see in almost all american schools the minimum GPA requirement is set either only for undergraduate period, or both bachelor and masters!

It seems that the bachelor GPA is going to destroy my academic future!!

Do you have any suggestions in order to compensate this situation and to be eligible for PhD studies, with fund though.

Thanks a million.
