MS finance - UC Denver or U of Missouri-Kansas city ?

According to the US News, I found that these two universities don't have a big different in ranking (National ranking). I am an international applicant. Which university , between MS.Finance -University of Colorado at denver and University of Missouri at Kansas-City, do you think is better in your opinion? (In terms of location , reputation and others...)

It all depends on the context. Which university/program is considered better in your country/city? I think that's the question you want to ask given that you are an international student.
