What are top schools for IR and Quantitative methods?

At U Chic I was thinking Ethan Bueno de Mesquita who has done a lot of work about government-terrorist interactions; but I think I overstated when I put them on the list.

I know someone who took a class with Ethan BdM once and heard that he was excellent. However, I do not know whether he supervises students in the Poli Sci dept (as he is not based there).
