Same letters, different spacing.

Is there a name for two phrases/sentences with different meanings that have the same sequence of letters but different placement of spaces? For example, "bigger man" and "big German"?

I don't know what that's called, but it seems like a very superficial nuance of the written English language that doesn't really bear much significance in the world of linguistics.
