Notre Dame?

Hello everyone,

 

I am potential international PhD applicant to the chemical engineering dept of Notre Dame. I have submitted my application nearly 10 days back.based on the website and few papers i iike the dept. research philosophy.

 

Am hoping to get some reviews of this uni from fellow grad students here. If anyone can talk department quality that would be great

I don't know much about them. I know that Prashant Kamat is a guy you should definitely look for if you end up going there, especially if you're into semiconductors, quantum dots, and solar cells. I also know that they lost to Alabama this year, but who cares about American football, right?

Thats true abt football but being at ND i  would def look for their games and hopefully some parties otherwise in a nearly dead town

 

Yes Prof.Kamat is a POI for me. I have mentioned him specifically in my SOP and in the online app as my first choice.
