Honestly, its out of our hands now. No one on here can really rate your chance of being admitted. How are your LoRs? I would say at this time early admits already receive their offers. But most schools are still working on it. Check the result search often, and good luck.

Applied to:
UT, Rice, UPenn, Carnegie,  UCSD.  WashU. Notre Dame. UWashington.

To be brutally honest, I personally thought that your numbers are not out standing for local applicants. While these stats is just one of the criteria for graduate school admission (and also the competitiveness of the programs varies their bars). you may want to consider your alternative options just in case if things don't work out for you.

GOT REJECTED FROM KANSAS . IT WAS LOWEST RANKED SCHOOL TO WHICH I APPLIED. DOES THAT MEAN MY CHANCES OF ADMISSION IN OTHER UNIVERSITY IS ALMOST NULL?

Ranking doesn't always correlate to competitiveness or chances of admission. A lot of very good candidates could be applying to the "lower ranked" universities as their safety schools for the same reasons you are. Perhaps the lower-ranked university has less funding, and is able to take on fewer students than a better-ranked place. Also, you can apply to the lowest-ranked university on the list, but if the Admissions Committee don't think your research interests match with what they have available...you aren't going to be accepted.

No of us here are (a) psychic (B) sitting on your AdCom meetings © professional bookmakers. We can't give you your odds of admission. Sorry I can't be more encouraging...
