But, as much as I would love to live and study in NOLA, my mind is starting to crystallize around the acceptance that I already have. It's getting to the point that they would have to give a really great package to dislodge my other school from my mind (assuming I get in). News should start trickling out sometime next week. I was told that they are taking about 6-8 students in this cohort, with a small waitlist. Good luck to everyone! I inferred from our talk that everything is decided, but that it might be a few more days yet before official notifications are sent out. I was a little surprised to find a standard rejection letter in the mail without a word from my POI, since we'd communicated considerably over the past few months.
