Need help with an email from the university ChE department

I have received an email from the ChE department of one of the universities that I'm applying to. (less than a month after I have applied)

 

The admissions committee asked me whether that I am still interested in the program, and what are the chance of attending if I got an offer. I replied saying that I'm still very interested, and the chance of attending is very high since the school is one of my top choices.

 

Does this mean that an offer is coming for sure?
