US or UK for MPA/MPP?

Hi all or anyone who has an opinion on this. I was accepted to LSE's MPA, so far as I know without funding as well as USC Price's MPP with the Dean's Merit Scholarship for 1/2 of my tuition. LSE was my first choice, but then again, who turns down scholarship money? My future goals are to have the ability to work either internationally or in the US I am a dual citizen and would definitely like the opportunity to gain the global perspective as I did my undergrad in the US at NYU. I am just wondering if anyone had any takes on benefits/pros/cons to consider? As far as financing it goes, my parents have assured me that I should not let funding be the driving force in my decision, however I am still would like to know if LSE is worth the extra $15000 or so dollars  a year. I am also waiting to hear from SIPA and WWS, which I guess again could affect my decision!
