NYU vs Columbia (TC) vs CUNY for MA psychology

Hi. So, Im from India and I've applied for MA psychology to 5-6 universities for fall 2013 and actually havent got accepted anywhere yet. But I want to know which i should choose between NYU, Teachers College of Columbia Univ and Hunter or City College of CUNY. NYU program is the best ranked among these three but it's too expensive for me and NYU is not known to give fin aid to Masters students. Teachers College of Columbia university is not that great but then it's part of Columbia which is a great advantage. The tuition fee's again really high. Is CUNY's City College and Hunter College as good as TC for ma in psychology? Or is paying a high fee for NYU worth it? Because then id rather pay half the fee and go to CUNY.
