Has University of Delaware already sent out fall acceptances? I haven't heard or seen anything on grad cafe?

I haven't heard anything from them either, but looking at the last few years, they don't usually send anything until the first week of March. I met several people at CAA and got the impression that their adcomm hadn't even started looking at applications yet, though everyone was very, very nice.

ETA: a quick recheck shows that there are acceptances listed as late as the first week of April.

I received a (scheduled) phone call from UDel POI on Sunday (3/3) to discuss my language qualifications. Sounded like decisions were still being made.
