Old Dominion University vs University of North Texas Marketing PhD

Hello friends

 

I got offer from these universities (I applied for PhD in marketing)

 

Their financial packet is kinda similar.

UNT pays $20,000 per year but charges in-state tuition ($3350 for each regular term) 

ODU pays $7500 for each term and charges no tuition and fees are really low. No assistantship for summer.

 

But my biggest concern is their education. I would like to hear your opinions.
