mastershifu Posted March 7, 2013 Posted March 7, 2013 Hi, I have applied to austin for the MS in CS program. I see here that around 8 admits have been given on 5th and 6th March. I think it's safe to asume that at least 20 have been given out. However, a lot of us still haven't heard anything. No rejections either. Last year, all the admits were given out all at once on a span of two days. Judging by this trend, are the admissions over and can we asume that it is mostly a reject? Does anyone know the intake of the school so we can maybe make a prediction?
ssk2 Posted March 7, 2013 Posted March 7, 2013 I think it's safe to assume either rejection or waitlisting at this point - at least, that's what I'm doing. We'll probably get a formal rejection at the end of the this month / early in April. I've written down that they have an intake of about 60 - but that maybe over the entire course.
