scrossover Posted March 11, 2013 Share Posted March 11, 2013 I got accepted into a program a few weeks ago and made the decision to NOT attend. However, they don't have a SIR to fill out, and only provided an email address. Of course, in providing the email address they said something to the effect of, "Confirm your acceptance of the admission offer by emailing email@school.edu with your name and the program."
